Members of SASE at Virginia Tech develop professional skills, celebrate diversity, contribute to the community, and network by connecting to new people.
Workshops with various companies are provided by SASE at VT for its members to learn professional skills, such as mock interviews, resume reviews, and more. Our chapter also serves the Blacksburg, VA area by holding canned food drives and participating in The Big Event at Virginia Tech. Social events are frequently held to create a friendly environment and help members form lasting friendships.
SASE membership is open to men and women of all ethnic backgrounds. Our chapter currently has over 120 members (as of 2022-2023).
SASE is always excited to host events with their sponsors to work on professional skills such as resume building and networking.
SASE takes the values of community very seriously and is always looking for different opportunities to give back to the Southwest Virginia area.
SASE is glad to help create everlasting bonds between mentors and mentees while supporting their personal growth.
